General Al Gray served as the 29th Commandant of the U.S. Marine Corps. This project is the work of the late Dr. Paul Otte, who assembled a compilation of General Gray’s leadership thoughts and quotes. The ebook version is available for download at the publisher’s website. A limited number of the standard and pocket-sized copies  are distributed through the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies.
